Extended Editorial License with Physical Print Allowance:
This Extended Editorial License (“License”) is granted by the content rights holder (“Licensor”) to the owner of the associated NFT or digital certificate (DC) (“Licensee”) under the following terms and conditions:

Usage Scope: The License permits the Licensee to utilize the content covered by this License for private, commercial, and non-commercial purposes. Furthermore, the License allows the use of the content within groups of any size.

Display Rights: The Licensee is granted the right to display the licensed content in virtual or physical galleries, documentaries, essays, and other forms of presentation.

Physical Prints Allowance: In addition to the rights specified above, the Licensee is further granted the right to create up to three physical prints of the licensed content. These prints are solely for the personal use and enjoyment of the Licensee and may not be sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Non-Commercial Use: The License does not encompass the right to create commercial merchandise featuring the licensed content. This includes products intended for sale or other forms of commercial exploitation.

Distribution and Derivative Works: The License does not authorize the Licensee to commercially distribute the licensed content or to create derivative works based on the content. This includes modifications, adaptations, or transformations of the content for the purpose of creating new works.

Governing Law: This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement: This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the licensed content and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
By exercising any rights under this License, the Licensee accepts and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
