Non-returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed and the personalized digital certificate has been issued. This includes:
- Photographs and personalized digital certificates for photographs
- Other personalized or custom-made items
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase provided the personalized digital certificate has not yet been created. Please contact us immediately at service@europasfarben.com if you need to cancel your order.
Issues and Replacements
If there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake in the personalized details or a technical problem with the digital product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of your purchase and will work with you to correct any errors on our part.
Refunds (if applicable)
Given the personalized nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided. However, if a refund is approved due to an error on our part, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
